Shannon grew up in Alaska, where you are surrounded by nature’s amazing beauty in every direction you looked. When it was time to find a place to call home and raise her two girls, it was no surprise that she and her husband, John, found themselves in the stunning Napa Valley. She enjoyed a career in the travel industry for over 20 years and was fortunate to have the opportunity to visit many wonderful destinations worldwide. She is happy to continue her path in hospitality at Robert Biale Vineyards and prides herself in delivering extraordinary customer service.

Spending time and making memories with her family is her greatest joy. She is an avid food and wine enthusiast and loves animals and spending time outdoors. Traveling is still on the top of her list as she enjoys new adventures and unique experiences.
