The 2019 vintage is off to a healthy start and the new Biale vintage. I’m really enjoying this big, fat, drought-buster sandwich – with lots of sprouted greens and extra mustard! And, it all tastes even better with this hefty pour of the freshly-bottled, bubble gum-shaded ’18 Rosato of Sangiovese! Nice job, Tres!
