The Biale family is a third-generation Italian family. We felt it was our duty to celebrate one of the biggest holidays celebrated in Italy- Ferragosto! In this celebration of “summer and food,” we are excited to partner with DiFillippo Wood Fired Pizza Truck as he prepares wood fired pizzas along with other traditional Italian dishes. Guests will also enjoy fresh pulled mozzarella as Chef Daniel from The Culinary Institute of America explains the magic behind this tradition and technique. This is sure to be a fun, festive feast as guests enjoy traditional Italian music and sip on Biale Zinfandel and Italian varietals exclusive to our winery.
