Shannon was born and raised in Sacramento. After completing a cultural Rotary exchange in Belgium, graduating from college, and living various places in California, Shannon arrived in the Napa Valley in 2007. She was drawn here by the beauty of landscape and enticing winery hospitality. Shannon was happy to join the Robert Biale Vineyards team in 2023 after fourteen years of working for a Napa Valley winery in varying roles, as well as working in the fitness and recreation space. She thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys learning about people and their stories. In Shannon’s spare time, she loves spending quality time with her husband and two kids. She also adores walking her dog, traveling, hiking, beach time and singing.
