Five Course Family Style Dinner
First Course- Mediterranean Tasting Board, falafel, hummus, tzatziki, quinoa, tabbouleh, grilled bread and olives.
Second Course- Caesar Salad
Third Course- Moroccan Spiced Ribs with grilled scallion, mushroom and fava with cippolini lemon and truffle oil, bacon wrapped dates stuffed with manchego and blue cheese,  veal meatballs, broccoli with avocado black sesame and Dijon vinaigrette.
Fourth Course-Pan seared spinach gnocchi, stache flatbread with pistachio pesto, mozzarella, parmesan, and baby arugula. Lollipop lamb chops, and Flat iron with brown butter and lemon.
Dessert- Pannacotta and fresh fruit.

First Course- Faggotino con Taleggio. Hand folded saffron pasta filled with taleggio cheese and served with a brown butter sage sauce and dried cranberries. Paired with 2016 Robert Biale Vineyards Black Chicken Zinfandel.
Second Course- Tortino di Melenzane. Slices of eggplant layered with parmesan and asiago cheese in a cherry tomato sauce. Paired with 2015 Robert Biale Vineyards Black Chicken Zinfandel.
Third Course- Costoletta di Manzo con Polenta. Braised beef short rib served with a soft polenta in a red wine and vegetable sauce. Paired with 2014 Robert Biale Vineyards Black Chicken Zinfandel.
Fourth Course: Panna Cotta con mousse di cioccolate
